First time home buyers wanted to created an open floor plan at the heart of their new home; the kitchen. The bathroom was also in need of a make over. After creating a few floor plans the final design was set into motion. This 1948 home was about to move the laundry room to the garage and the additional square footage gained made for a spacious main bathroom. We removed the dividing wall between the living room and kitchen to create a seamless transition throughout the home.
