Originally built in 1902, this Fort Lawton residence served as the original hospital steward’s, Henry Kierstedt, home. Kierstedt transferred from the Presidio to Fort Lawton in 1900 and continued his service as the assistant surgeon to the fort.
The home now features all contemporary upgrades from in-floor heating, to all new plumbing and wiring, and cabinetry from Bellmont Cabinet Company.
