Constructed 4 rooms out of an open basement which had not been finished
Family room, bathroom, laundry room and utility room
We cut open the basement floor to and drain pipes for the bathroom
The walls were framed with galvanized steel stunning and fiberglass gypsum panels that do not come all part if they get wet fire resistant and mold resistant insulation we also leveled the floor and put down a tile floor throughout the basement area
