Removed the existing wood deck that was smaller and built a larger deck to provide more area to entertain and relax. Azek XLM decking was used along with TimberTech Radiance railing for the deck and stairs. Removed the bumpout in the middle of the family room exterior wall and put in two Anderson stationary glass panels on either side of the two sets of sliding glass doors.
