An existing patio is renovated along with the addition of an large roof covering with a barrel vaulted open dormer over a portion of the patio. Sitting areas, a wet bar and outdoor TV fill the cover space with open views to the rear of the property. Also include in the project was a new barrel vaulted portico at the basement entrance door with a landscaped path to this lower side entrance.
