Montrose Modern is a Platinum LEED home designed by architecture firm Collaborative Designworks. The interiors of the home were a collaborative effort by Candice Rogers Design and Foscari Interiors. The main living open space concept allows for entertaining and simplistic living. Bamboo flooring is mixed with dark wood, white quartz counter tops and high gloss cabinets to keep a warm feel to this modern home.
