My client was fed up of his typical condo style beige bathroom, so we did complete gut renovation and actually found about 24 sq ft of bonus space and decided to switch from a tub / shower combo to having a smaller soaking tub along with a large stand-shower.

Extra deep custom medicine cabinet is behind the mirrored doors. We built a cabinet into the wall to claim the wasted space behind the plumbing wall.

We added a small LED under the custom medicine cabinet which acts as a night light.

The old bathroom only had a shower / tub combo. After demolition, we realized that there was about 24 sq ft of un-used space behind the wall. We quickly changed the layout of the bathroom to incorporate stand alone shower + a deep soaking tub.
