This modern basement bathroom was thoughtfully designed and constructed from the ground up in a previously unfinished space that contained only rough plumbing for a toilet and shower. Our team developed the complete concept and layout, working closely with the homeowner to transform the area into a clean, highly functional, and visually striking bathroom, while the final material selections were chosen by the customer.

The design features a sleek walk-in frameless glass shower with large-format textured wall tile, a recessed storage niche, and contemporary matte-black fixtures, including a rainfall showerhead and handheld system. A minimalist floating-style vanity with an integrated sink and black metal frame provides both practical storage and architectural character, complemented by a frameless mirror and refined recessed lighting. The soft neutral palette and light flooring enhance brightness and openness, creating a comfortable and elegant basement retreat.
