Coastal Style custom home located on the marsh in Mount Pleasant, SC. This active family was looking to expand from their current home. Tired of the maintenance from an older, semi-custom home, they also wanted space for their busy family. We worked with them to incorporate materials that were kid and animal friendly and would cut down on the required maintenance. The end result is a family friendly, open home with space to get away with friends, but still be near the central living area.
