The entryway showcases a rich and dramatic wrought iron banister custom-designed by ernestogarciadesign.com; its rich pattern cascades all the way from the second floor to the foyer floor.

In this Living Room, the steel fireplace was custom designed by ernestogarciadesign.com. The steel volume was left outside to rust for a couple of months and different pigments mixed with cottonseed oil were applied to its surface. Located on the second floor, the master bedroom windows open the view to the surrounding tree crowns. A pale coral palette and minimal pattern give a serene ambiance to the space.

This happy Girl's Room showcases a variety of fabric patterns in a palette or yellow, green and pink. The quilted bedspread was custom sewn to follow to follow the palette. The Harlequin motif is repeated on wall facing the bed.
