Conventionally built, super energy efficient home in the outskirts of Medellín, Colombia. The views across the mountains are simply unbelievable, which defined a major goal in the design process. The house is separated by a light flooded entrance hall into the main living quarters and a guest wing with home office.

The walls are insulated (which is quite unusual in Colombia) and the roof overhangs and louvers help to protect the house from the sun and keep it cool.

Heating and cooling is supplied by mini split heat pumps
