The owners purchased the original home because of the dramatic high wood ceiling and tall glass in the living area and the property’s amazing views of the lake and the mountains. It also had additional space and coverage to add garages for cars and room for entertainment. They wanted a fabulous façade that would be far more functional, a lovely, open and inviting entry, a large mudroom and game room, a new master suite and grand living room plus a deck with dramatic views scaled for both everyday pleasure and big entertainment.
