Mountain Mod at Brasada Ranch

This dream project was a new build in Powell Butte, OR at the Brasada Ranch resort community. Working with FRC Design Builders and the client we were able to collaborate and create a masterpiece that showcased the clients desire for a rustic yet modern home in the Oregon High Desert. Check out some the surprising ways we were able to incorporate these two design aesthetics into this incredible build.

The expansive chefs kitchen. Notice the barstools made from salvaged wine barrels and the full-size wine fridge which was a must for the client.

Living Room Vibes
The view from these windows is incredible. The high desert is gorgeous in both winter and summer. These expansive yet inviting space has seating for many and features custom recliners for both him and her!
Views for Days
The reading nook at the top of the stairs is a perfect place to relax and view the sunset from the expansive windows in the stairwell. Custom turquoise leather wingback chairs provide a fun pop of color in a neutral space.

Reading Nook Vibes
The client wanted a spa like master suite that she could unwind and relax in after a day of golf. A custom treated wall give the space a rich contemporary feeling mixed with more classic details like the crystal and iron chandelier.
Master Suite
One of two guest rooms. Pops of color contrast nicely with the monochromic wallpaper and industrial finishes. Pendleton style wool rugs finish off the space and provide warmth to cold floors in the winter.

The upstairs family room is meant for company and has room for many. A custom camel leather sofa has room for 10 and can be reconfigured based off the need of the party! A full bar and game table finish off the space.
