Completed in 2017, this 2,200 square foot, three bedroom, single family house is built at the highest point overlooking the Hudson Valley. The living space is on the second floor maximizing the view with an open plan living area with an artist studio and loft in the back and oriented up the mountain top. The light interior palette consists of white oak and concrete tile and counters. Large windows with traditional munitions emphasize the new while maintaining the local aesthetic.
