Mountaintop Retreat

This mountaintop home in Summit, NJ was designed for an active family lifestyle. The couple and their 12-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter moved here to create a family retreat with a focus on spaces to gather – both inside and outside. Décor in the home is meant to evoke a sophisticated yet casual style for easy and comfortable living. The owners also wanted to create spaces to feature their art collection including pieces by Keith Haring, Retna, Faile and Dane as well as many unique VGI design concepts, which include customizing furniture and surfaces.
