Originally constructed in 1913, the Daniel and Amelia Mowat House has been beautifully rejuvenated and restored to provide two (2-level) 2-bedrooms and two 1-bedrooms totaling approximately 3,311 square feet.
This heritage house was fully restored into a fourplex as part of the Silver apartment development. It began with moving the house..... and then the finished product. F. M. Construction was the construction manager for the heritage house restoration.
