This project is the remodel and updating of a 1950's three bedroom house in Mt Baker which enjoys views to Lake Washington and Mt Rainier. The remodel includes a new bedroom, bath, and laundry room in the daylight basement; new windows and energy code improvements; new plumbing, electrical, lighting, and data cabling; and new cabinetwork, appliances, and finishes.
