Located in one of San Francisco’s most prized historic neighborhoods, 1500 McAllister offers 9 fully remodeled T.I.C. residences. Each residence uniquely blends the original charm and craftsmanship of an Edwardian built in 1904 with contemporary finishes and designs of the modern age. Over 3 years, I worked with the developers and contractors to redesign all 9 units, making sure to marry the period aesthetics with those of modern day amenities. Of the 9 remodeled units there are 5 kitchen schematics and 5 bathroom schematics, all of which have been highlighted in the selected images.
