Multigenerational Passivhaus

A four-suite multigenerational house for an extended American family, designed to meet the most rigorous energy standard in the world, Passive House (Passivhaus). It will be located on Echo Lake in Shoreline, Washington. Projects that meet the Passive House standard use as little as 10% of the heating and cooling energy of houses built to the current Washington State energy code.
