Removed chain link fencing from driveway, removed concrete path against house. Built new ground level deck

New ground level deck full view. We replaced all deck boards and step boards on the original deck on the right to match the new deck. Installed new iron railing on back porch and stairs down to deck with storage underneath

Existing concrete slab sat below shed slab. We poured new slab to level both and built the wrap around deck using composite boards since the area was for hot tub.

Do to pour drainage we installed a french drain with dry wells in place on each end. All properties around customer are higher elevation and all water run off from properties ends up in their back yard. The yard would be standing in water making it unusable several days after the rain ends.

Installed french drain pipe and filled with drainage rock. Installed liner over and covered with soil.

Dry well in center with custom built steel grate a professional welder friend built. Area was lined and installed river rock for decoration and to catch debris.
