This project involved the combining of two apartments in order to create one grand space with over 6000 s/f. Both apartments were gutted and reconfigured into a gorgeous home. Some of the outstanding features were all 5 bedrooms en suite with a private bathroom, a sophisticated Siematic kitchen, a contemporary biofuel fireplace ensconced in a custom perforated bronze wall, separating the grand living room and the library , custom architectural woodworking details on all ceilings and a huge Master Bedroom with an enormous bathroom and fabulous walk-in closet. The furnishings were contemporary and eclectic, including several designs from Shields & Company.
