This project began as a spec house, where we collaborated closely with the builder to set the foundation for the home. Once the house was sold, we worked directly with the homeowner to bring their vision to life. From selecting paint colors, bathroom fixtures, tiles, cabinets, and countertops to choosing rugs, furniture, art, and accessories, every detail was thoughtfully curated. We incorporated a variety of modern materials and finishes to create a design that is both unique and personalized, making this home a truly one-of-a-kind space.
