This semi-detached home was designed to fit on a narrow 43'-6" wide lot. Each unit is only 17'-9" wide but by utilizing proper open concept design, it does not feel narrow inside. The front under drive garage elevated the main floor level 10 feet above grade level which required a lot of stairs but by sloping the walkway and breaking up the stair sets with landings, it does not feel like chore to get up to the main floor.
