This project was an upgrade on an existing outdoor space on the waterside of this property. We rebuilt the existing deck with composite decking, reworked guardpost layout for cable railing system, and fabricated a new composite staircase. The patio was installed as a transition to the adjacent hot tub area. We poured a slab for the hot tub next to the deck for access from deck or patio. A custom threesided pergola was built to add privacy and ambiance for the hot tub.
