Our client came to Rich Loverde as soon as he looked at a fairly large West Shore parcel of land for sale and asked Rich’s opinion as to how he could develop it. What resulted was a beautiful home for the owner and a lovely spec home for the owner to sell. The designs by Don Fulda of Ward Young Architects were drawn and LBI began construction of both houses at the same time. The houses are beautifully detailed and the owner’s home even has an indoor lap pool on the bottom level. Building both homes together resulted in financial economy for the owner.
