Our design embraced mid-century architectural inspirations of Wright, Rudolph, Schindler and Neutra to create a new modern classic. True to these mid-century design ideas, the house steps toward the corner following the lot’s topography and incorporates flat roofs and corner glass walls. Scale and design qualities were maintained while taking advantage of today’s technologies to fulfill the need for luxury and convenience. Exceptional features of the home include: an oversized kitchen with wine storage; a luxurious owner’s retreat with large bath and separate steam and massage rooms; a saltwater aquarium; and separate media and game rooms. Finally, the use of natural materials, neutral colors, water features, and lighting achieve the client’s desire to keep the house warm and relaxed.
