Net Zero Country Living

Approximately 1,800 sq/ft 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home which is super insulated to protect against heat loss, and has a large solar array located on the south facing side of the garage roof. All of the home's south facing walls are covered in large windows and have clerestory windows for allowing additional natural light to flood into the home's living areas.
This home is considered to be Net Zero, meaning it will produce as much, if not more energy than the home consumes. As it is located in a rural area the site also boasts it's own septic system and well. Meaning, if the owners chose to, they could potentially remove their home from the "grid" and live in their self sustained home!
