This luxury home sits right next to a private track in the desert of Pahrump, Nevada, with wide-open views of the mountains and the racing course. It was created for a large, connected family that loves being together, enjoys the outdoors, and shares a strong passion for cars and racing. This is not their main home; it is a place where they come to relax, have fun, and spend time with their children and grandchildren while sharing their love for racing.

From the beginning, the goal was to design more than just a beautiful house. The family wanted a space that felt exciting, personal, and comfortable at the same time. We listened carefully to their lifestyle and what they love most, racing, sports, and hosting family, and turned that into a clear design idea called “Velocity Fusion.” This concept mixes the feeling of speed and movement with the warmth of a family home. We worked with Double M Construction to transform the concept into a finished home.
