New slab on grade home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in Saint Paul, MN. Home was completed with a hot roof and spray foam insulation. Walls were constructed with both spray foam insulation and batt insulation. The underside of the slab was sprayed with spray foam insulation. All of this resulted in a high energy efficient home.
