A design only project. The client wanted to maintain a very formal feel for their property. The grade change in the rear yard allowed for intimate spaces to be developed with in the larger scale open spaces. Some of the priorities of the client included: gate entrance with piers, formal entrance and foundation plantings with abundant color, custom pool, custom spa, water features, fruit tree and grape orchards, vegetable garden, and strategic privacy plantings.
