Drab to Fab Decorating

We changed the paint colors throughout the house and added a sphere foyer chandelier. The art work was from Z Gallery. When you have a large wall space its good to find groupings of art that will add visual interest but not look tiny.

This chest was suppose to be navy blue but when it came in it was more of a teal blue color. I'm a firm believer that not everything should be matchy so I asked client to keep it and found art that tied the teal in with the blue and added accessories and now they LOVE IT!!

I love adding accent walls especially when you need a pop of color but don't want the entire room to be to bold. My clients and I decided that Blue was the perfect compliment with creams and browns so we went for it. Added pops of color thru the pillows, accessories, area rug and custom draperies.

Originally this room was dark red with nothing visual to look at. We added the boxes to the back wall and found a modern floral paper and painted the room in two different colors. It has a traditional feel and yet looks updated.
