NEW DUPLEX INTERIORS

A new build duplex home was a little too sterile for our clients. To make it feel like home, Wilkinson Brochier moved from one room to another layering a palette of textured and subtle neutrals and metallics; whilst combining the couple's love of art and travel with a mix of their (E) art work and furniture plus new custom pieces and flea market finds from Paris. The result is a warm and personal home that very much reflects the owners' aura and lifestyle.

CONSOLE STYLED UP
Blending in existing furniture with the new organic mood of the interiors was helped with new sculptural pieces, lighting and special finds like the vintage console table from the Paris flea markets.
DINING ROOM
Custom pillows were designed to complement the owner's existing bed.
DUPLEX MASTER BEDROOM
Subtle organic wallpaper was the perfect foil for the owners' exquisite art work, off set by a hug organic twig pendant.

Fireside palette: Neutral Textured Color Palette - greige, cream and bronze metallic accents. Richness is in the details and layering lots of tonal textures together for a timeless, successful neutral palette.

DUPLEX RESIDENCE DETAILS
A lack lustre beige powder room was made over with black walls and a metallic textured wallpaper in silver, gold and black raffia was placed on the ceiling and in the lit niche behind the toilet.
DUPLEX POWDER ROOM
A custom linen blend sofa was designed by Wilkinson Brochier to wrap around the room for comfortable reading and movie viewing.
DUPLEX FAMILY ROOM
Making the most of a small courtyard new planting started to cover bare walls, a built in banquette provided permanent seating. Lots of fun ethnic eclectic print cushions can easily be scooped up and stored away in rainy weather. Floor lanterns add the right lighting touch for early evening drinks.
