New Home Build Design 1

This new home build family room, & formal dining room needed character and style. Beautiful stone was added to the fireplace along with high and low priced furniture and accessories to add style, and functionality all in one.

Custom Wall Art Accessories

Contemporary Traditional Dining Room with purple, gray, green, and orange accents. The Dining table seats up to 12 people as it opens and the beautiful pendant lighting adds a sophisticated atmosphere.

Formal Dining Room

This Formal Contemporary dining room has custom window treatments that add simple elegance. Custom made wall art gives a nice change from traditional paintings and interesting centerpieces add a nice dynamic.

Family room had stone added around the fireplace. Leather and fabric furniture together gives a nice balance of texture. The motorized window treatments make it easy to block out sun when needed. Color scheme of purple, orange, green, purple, and gray.

New Home Build Decorating

The small purple wall is a good choice as it balances out the attention that the opposite wall brings to the room. The oversized ottoman provides extra seating if needed. Two round brown shag area rugs are a nice change from one square rug.

Fireplace stone adds a very warm feeling. The fabric chair and leather chaise placed at either end of the fireplace are a nice change from having the same pieces put together as is traditionally done.
