New Port is a traditional neighborhood design with front porches, vernacular house styles and garages off the street. Located in a redeveloped area of Portsmouth, this is the initial phase of a much larger mixed-use community planned by the City of Portsmouth. The seven models were closely reviewed by the City for conformance to design guidelines established to promote a traditional neighborhood.
