This new construction in Manakin-Sabot, Virginia was built by Ferguson General Contracting with interior design by Tracy deShazo Interiors. The interior of the home is painted with all McCormick Paints products, specifically TOTAL Advantage Zero VOC paint on the walls and Ceiling White on the ceilings. The talented designer, Tracy, chose a neutral palette of paint colors to compliment the rich architectural details in the house. Tracy's goal with this residence was to allow the lovely timber frame, flooring, tile and granite selections shine and let the paint be understated in the background.
