Work description : building a wood retained wall at HVAC Area

Scope of work :

Removed existing construction
regrading area properly
install a french drain at the first layer area to increase the natural drainage at this area as need '
install the the wood timbers with footing to control the pressure as need
install two small dead mans to prevent the area collapse
lay down compacted soil
lay down gravel and filter fabric at final layer area
