The buyer was looking to just fix this originally old rundown farmhouse and flip it. It was a successful low budget conversion with an addition out the rear to enlarge the small kitchen. We opened up the entire first floor which originally had 2 stairs on either side of house an made a central stair to access the bedrooms above.
