Nialta
Our recently empty-nester clients hired us to update their home so that it would show well against all of the new construction surrounding it when they went to sell.
We specified paint for all rooms, had hardwood refurbished and added/updated all lighting and hardware, overhauled the bathrooms and kitchen, leaving just the cabinets that were in good shape.
In the kitchen, we replaced thin beige granite with thick white and gray marble to give the large custom kitchen a wow-factor. The large, tiled, drop-in Jacuzzi that took up much of the large master bath and hadn't been used in over a decade was eliminated in favor of a free-standing tub as a focal point, set on top of diagonally laid 24x24 marble-look porcelain tile, making the master bath luxurious.
We specified new furniture, rugs and accents for most rooms, updating and filing in gaps to give the house a fresh, consistent and complete look.
