This residence was a complete overhaul, allowing this young family to stay in San Francisco rather than gaining more space outside of the city. The square footage was more than doubled with the addition of a much larger kitchen and family room on the main floor, a complete master suite on the second floor, and a bottom floor that includes an office, guest room and play room. Custom cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms were added based on the family's specific needs. The new kitchen opens on to a backyard deck with sunny southern exposure.
