Coburn completed the construction for this North Boulder remodel, which added 1,600 sq. ft. for a growing family. Working with our own design group, we were able to deliver a design build solution that achieved the clients’ goals while integrating the existing building systems. The home is completely renovated with a complex mechanical system that contributes to the energy efficiencies, which helps to maintain comfort throughout the home – including the new home theatre!
