This project was a remodel of an older waterfront home. The seating area you see here was actually a screened in porch which was turned into a banquet style breakfast nook to take advantage of the Great Peconic Bay views. The laundry room color was a cool blue used to incorporate the water a few feet away. Lots of hidden storage options hidden behind retractable doors including easy access to a coffee bar.

This gorgeous Bayfront home features sweeping, panoramic views of the Great Peconic Bay. The kitchen is located in the rear of the house so that the water can be seen for miles in the favorite room of the house.
