This project involved adding dormers to the second story to make the space more livable for a teenager. The entire second story was remodeled to enlarge the bathroom and bedroom and to add window seats inside the new dormers. All second story windows were replaced to match the style of first floor Craftsman style windows.

The first floor was remodeled to include a new kitchen, dining area and family room as well as remodeling the first floor bathroom.
