New construction. There were drainage issues in the back requiring extensive underground pipe and drains. The client required a spacious elegant patio as they entertain clients, friends and family often. they utilize the backyard and needed open play space for their growing children. They wanted to compliment the style and architecture of their home with the landscape materials.

2' x 2' Bluestone Steppers with golden moneywort planted between them create a pleasant walk past the outdoor kitchen to the fireplace patio.

A Belgard Outdoor Modular Fireplace and Wood Storage Units were used. The original look utilized a very light buff color for the tops and hearth. A concrete dye was applied to try and compliment the Bluestone Patio. Speciman plantings were used to add scale to the fireplace unit.

Bluestone Steppers lead up to a Limestone step providing side access tot he front porch. Serviceberry were installed to line the walkway. The front porch is a bluestone mortared over concrete. The face of the porch is a veneered limestone over concrete.
