In my travels around town, people keep asking me after seeing our sign “What are you building on that site at Norwell Drive in Nanaimo?”

Well, here are some details. It’s going to be 5 modern style duplexes. And of course since we are building them they’re going to be amazing! It’s not hard to see from the drawings that the style is right in our wheelhouse, we’ve become known for modern and this is no different. Although there is no pricing yet, they will be offered for sale at some point.
