Gorgeous condo renovation in the New Orleans Warehouse District. The office/guest room initially opened up to a dark hallway, creating an uninviting space. The room was reconfigured to open to the large balcony and windows by utilizing custom glass barn doors.These functional glass doors allow privacy while still admitting light to filter into the office, as well as fitting the contemporary feel of the condo. Additionally the office/guest room needed to be multi-functional for the client, so a custom Murphy bed and wardrobe/storage were installed. This renovation includes other custom build-outs,including the entertainment center and bar. Dark wood shelving and white high gloss cabinets were built to fit in the spaces between the structural columns.Other custom features include a glass mosaic backsplash in the kitchen,a custom guest bathroom, and a contemporary master suite.
