This project is a space designed for young professionals who desire to live and work within the same area. The location of this space is a warehouse that is currently in the Nulu district of Louisville, KY, therefore, this project is also an adaptive re-use project. The Nulu Work and Live complex would help to aid in the development of the Nulu district of Louisville, KY and provide young professionals and college graduates an exciting place to reside.
