This project is unique. We had the unique privilege of doing the architectural drafting of this home and detached garage/office combo. This property is on 5 acres with a .75 acre pond. The pond system is being utilized to bring water to a storage tank and then use it to irrigate the property. We are focusing on creating a beautiful circle drive retreat with a fire pit and seating area along with Texas’s first subterranean trampoline garden, over 30+ fruit trees, dozens of fruiting bushes and over 1,000 sqft of edible grow space with tons of opportunity for future expansion.
