This 5105 SF Oak Estates speculative project was a big hit during our open houses and has pushed a lot of our current work towards a design style we have termed "Rustic Contemporary." We are able to play off a number of standard contemporary design cues and broaden the appeal by introducing timeless rustic elements like dark rich walnut flooring, reclaimed wood beams and stone accent walls.
