This remodel project transformed a Cape Cod style home into a coastal haven. The renovation began with the downstairs, where a new kitchen layout, flooring, and wall coverings were introduced. Light colors, brass, and nickel finish hardware were used to create a refined yet relaxed coastal atmosphere. Light white oak hardwood floors, textured wallcoverings, and soft light grey paint expanded the space, giving it a cool and fresh feel. The second phase focused on the Primary suite, featuring wall paneling, custom-designed bed and bedding, and coastal-inspired furniture. The bathroom boasts white marble mosaic flooring, a deep grey vanity, honed quartzite countertops, luster handmade tiles, and timeless fixtures. Both renovated areas beautifully capture the essence of southern California coastal living.
