So the city of Oakland CA in their infinite wisdom have decided that hate Cable rail. I guess you can get by their VERY stringent inspections by building your rail with cables @ 2 1/2" O.C. Which adds quite a bit more cost to your rail. Normally about 3 1/2" o.c. is good so this adds almost 50%...
